Basic Qualifications Minimum Degree: Bachelor’s Degree Minimum Experience: 3 years Preferred Degree: Master’s Degree Preferred Fields of Study: Business Administration/Management/Analytics, Operations Management/Research, Finance, Engineering, Computer and Information Science Preferred Certifications: CFA, CFP, CIMA Preferred Knowledge and Skills Applied experience in Wealth Management and/or Asset Management business models and services. Knowledge of transaction lifecycles of Financial Services products. Knowledge of business applications that support Asset Servicing and Asset Manager value chains. Current knowledge of operations and administration of Financial Services, including middle and back‑office operations. Experience with data and systems interactions, including IT tools and technologies. Use of project management software and tools. Learning new technologies. Understanding of key controls within payments, middle and back‑office processes. Knowledge of data analysis, process and business requirements. Experience with technology implementations from design through roll‑out. Familiarity with global organization trends. Believe in the value created by diverse teams and adapt to various working styles. Salary and Benefits The salary range for this position is $77,000 - $202,000. Actual compensation depends on skills, experience, qualifications and location. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
