Position OverviewAs a Registered Nurse, your primary role will be to deliver high-quality nursing care to patients, ensuring their individual needs are addressed with both compassion and professionalism. Your responsibilities will include:
- Utilizing the nursing process to provide tailored patient care.
- Creating and documenting care plans based on thorough assessments and diagnoses.
- Responding effectively to critical situations with appropriate interventions.
- Administering medications, including IV therapy, accurately.
- Educating patients and their families regarding care plans and discharge instructions.
- Collaborating with fellow healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Maintaining a safe environment and following infection control protocols.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a relevant healthcare setting.
- Current Wisconsin Registered Nursing license is required.
- BLS certification is mandatory or must be obtained within one month of hire.
- ACLS certification is required or must be obtained within six months of hire.
This is a travel position with a contract duration of 13 weeks, featuring a pay range of $1926 to $2321. The shifts will be 3x12 days, providing a structured yet dynamic work environment.
