This is not an EMS run. This is not a hospital unit. This is a membership-based concierge and longevity medicine practice delivering premium, personalized care directly to patients through house calls, in-clinic visits, and community events across the greater Tampa Bay area. As a Paramedic on this team, you will administer IV therapies, support regenerative medicine procedures, perform phlebotomy, and serve as a direct extension of a small, high-caliber clinical team committed to a standard of care traditional medicine rarely achieves. Position Highlights

• Paramedic role within a membership-based concierge and longevity medicine practice
• Blend of house calls, in-clinic support, and member event coverage across the greater Tampa Bay area
• Administer IV wellness infusions, injections, and assist with regenerative medicine procedures
• Perform phlebotomy and specimen collection for advanced diagnostic panels including 90+ biomarker assessments
• Flexible 20 to 35 hours per week with scheduling coordinated weekly through the operations team (to start)
• Compensation from a competitive hourly range plus performance bonus and IRS mileage reimbursement for house call travel

• Membership-based lifestyle medicine practice combining house calls, in-clinic visits, and telemedicine under one model
• Members receive unlimited provider access, same-day appointments, and a level of personalized care unavailable in traditional settings
• Tampa Bay clinic operates from a modern waterfront office with approximately 50% of visits conducted as house calls throughout the greater Tampa Bay area
• Small, dedicated clinical team with a culture built around quality, warmth, and a premium standard of care
• Providers supported by an operations team handling scheduling, supply coordination, and administrative logistics

Compensation and Benefits

• Hourly rate based on licensure and experience
• Performance bonus available based on patient satisfaction scores and operational reliability
• IRS standard mileage reimbursement for all house call travel
• Flexible scheduling framework within a Monday through Friday core availability model
• 1099 independent contractor structure; contractor responsible for own taxes and insurance (open to considering W2 roles or transitioning to full-time hours)

Candidate Requirements

• Active Paramedic (EMT-P) licensure in the state of Florida required
• Minimum two years of clinical experience
• BLS certification required; ACLS preferred
• IV therapy certification or demonstrated IV competency required
• Phlebotomy experience required
• Reliable personal vehicle with valid Florida driver's license and current auto insurance
• Comfortable working independently in patient homes
• Professional liability insurance or willingness to obtain prior to start
• Experience in concierge medicine, home health, or mobile healthcare strongly preferred
