Business Analyst Quality Assurance

A staffing partner of ours is seeking a highly skilled QA Analyst
Experience of 2-3 years. Not looking for senior developers due to low pay
Salary offered $60-70k per year
quality assurance expertise with systems analysis to ensure that software, workflows, and business processes function reliably, efficiently, and according to requirements. bridges technical teams and business stakeholders, validating system behavior while also improving how requirements are gathered, documented, and translated into testable solutions.
- Requirements analysis — Work with product owners, engineers, and business teams to understand system needs, clarify acceptance criteria, and translate requirements into detailed test scenarios.
- Test planning and execution — Develop test plans, test cases, and test scripts for functional, regression, integration, and end‑to‑end testing across web, mobile, API, and backend systems.
- Automation development — Build and maintain automated test suites using tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Postman, or similar frameworks to improve coverage and reduce manual effort.
- Defect management — Identify, document, and track defects with clear reproduction steps; collaborate with developers to validate fixes and prevent regressions.
- Strong understanding of QA methodologies , SDLC, and Agile frameworks.
- Experience with manual and automated testing across multiple platforms.
- Proficiency with test management tools (Jira, TestRail, Azure DevOps).
- Ability to analyze complex systems, workflows, and integrations.
- Familiarity with API testing , SQL, and version control (Git).
