Work Environment\n

This role offers a remote work setting to promote flexibility and work-life balance while engaging in essential teamwork with our supportive community of mental health professionals. Your work schedule will generally consist of Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 4 PM, with potential flexibility to accommodate patient needs. You will be responsible for maintaining a safe and confidential therapeutic environment, reinforcing client trust and engagement.

Your clients will vary widely, including children, adolescents, and adults, each facing diverse mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

  • A Master's degree or doctorate in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

  • Active professional licensure to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Nevada.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with your experience and professional qualifications.
