Schedule Full-time position - includes rotating weekends and some holidays Responsibilities Assist in the planning, developing, organizing, implementing, and evaluating the functioning of the Bistro, its programs, and activities. Prepare, cook and deliver a EPIC food and beverage service program while maximizing customer satisfaction. Assist in the coordination of food-related activities with other departments. Promote hospitality and excellent customer service in every daily interaction with guests, their families, and visitors, fostering a positive, healthy environment.
