Contract Administrator

A growing technology services company in the Mequon area is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Sales / Contract Administrator to support the sales and finance teams. This is a highly visible administrative role focused on customer contract coordination, sales order setup, reporting, and internal process support. This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys being the behind-the-scenes “go-to” person who keeps things organized and moving. The company is looking for a self-starter who is reliable, accurate, collaborative, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced office environment. Key Responsibilities Support the sales team with customer contract and sales order administration Review customer agreements and enter relevant billing and service details into internal systems Maintain and track customer data including pricing updates, user counts, renewals, and contract changes Coordinate internally with sales, finance, and operations to ensure accurate setup and invoicing Assist with recurring reporting, tracking spreadsheets, and revenue-related administrative tasks Help monitor upcoming renewals, pricing adjustments, and customer changes Support commission calculation tracking for the sales team Assist with payroll processing for approximately 70 employees (training provided) Provide additional administrative and office support as needed Qualifications Previous experience in sales administration, contract administration, billing support, office administration, finance coordination, or a similar support role Strong Excel skills including working knowledge of pivot tables and VLOOKUPs Comfortable learning and navigating ERP/CRM systems such as NetSuite or Salesforce Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through Ability to manage multiple tasks and communicate effectively across departments Stable work history and team-oriented mindset preferred Temp-to-hire opportunity with potential for permanent hire within 60–90 days Fully onsite in Mequon during training/onboarding period; potential for limited hybrid flexibility longer term Competitive benefits package upon hire including health coverage and 401(k) match Stable, profitable company with strong employee retention and collaborative culture #J-18808-Ljbffr Truity Partners
