Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse / Hospice – Colorado

Location: Grand Junction, Colorado

Schedule: Full-time position with night shift hours; on-call requirement of 2 shifts per month; orientation includes 3 days from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM before transitioning to night shift

Requirements:

• Active Registered Nurse license in the state of Colorado
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Experience in symptom management and end-of-life care preferred
• Excellent communication and teaching abilities
• Compassionate approach to patient and family-centered care
