Assistant Operations Manager - Shore Hotel

Job Details Job Location: Shore Hotel - Santa Monica, CA 90401 Salary Range: $29.00 - $30.00 Hourly In general, an Assistant Operations Manager supervises valet operation in accordance with AAA Parking policies and procedures. They are also responsible for ensuring smooth production operation during shifts. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Supervise Valets in accordance with AAA Parking policies and procedures Train and coach Valets Conduct employee performance reviews Responsible for shift schedule to include: work station assignments/rotations, employee training, employee vacations, employee breaks, overtime assignment, back-up for absent employees, and shift rotations Coordinate with Human Resources for appropriate staffing levels Schedule and conduct shift meetings Operate within standard operating procedures (SOPs) Ensure a clean and safe work area Complete shift paper work Other duties as assigned #J-18808-Ljbffr Selig Parking
