Job Title: Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP / CF-SLP) – School-Based Company: Princeton Staffing Solutions Contract Type: W2 – Full-Time Benefits Available Setting: Early Childhood Caseload: 12-15 Schedule: 35 Start Date: 11/5/26 End Date: 2/2/27* *possible extension Work Arrangement: In Person Compensation is customized based on experience, credentials, and travel eligibility and will be discussed prior to district submission. Weekly direct deposit Full-time W2 benefits: Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance 401(k) retirement plan and more Licensure & CEU Reimbursement Referral bonus program Ongoing clinical management support from a dedicated CCC-SLP Experienced recruiter advocacy throughout your assignment Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – School-Based Responsibilities Conduct speech-language evaluations and comprehensive assessments Complete Medicaid billing (if applicable) Maintain therapy schedules and service logs Participate as a related service provider in IEP meetings Develop measurable IEP goals aligned with student needs Provide direct therapy services (individual and group) Deliver services across speech, language, articulation, fluency, voice, and pragmatic communication Maintain compliance documentation and progress monitoring Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families Support AAC implementation and consultation when appropriate Qualifications Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders from an accredited program. Active MI State License through LARA in Speech-Language Pathology School SLP Cert through MI DOE Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred Previous school-based experience is preferred but not required. Clinical internship or practicum experience in a school setting will be considered for Clinical Fellows.
