Restorative Practices: Youth Training Specialist

Role Description This is a full‑time hybrid role for a Restorative Practices: Youth Training Specialist, based in Federal Way, WA, with opportunities for some remote work. The Youth Training Specialist will design and deliver restorative practice training and workshops for youth, facilitate youth leadership programs, and build positive relationships. The role involves outreach and partnership‑building in the community, as well as supporting youth engagement and fostering an inclusive and supportive environment. Qualifications Strong experience in Youth Leadership, Youth Programs, and Youth Work Proficiency and expertise in Communication and Social Work principles Ability to facilitate engaging workshops and training sessions Empathy, cultural competency, and the ability to relate to diverse populations Strong organizational, problem‑solving, and collaboration skills Experience with restorative practices or conflict resolution is a plus Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Education, Psychology, or related field preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr Build 2 Lead
