We support providers who want to focus on surgery while making a meaningful impact through clinically excellent care.This is a flexible, part-time opportunity for a Pediatric Dentist to provide in-office surgical care alongside a Dental Anesthesiologist. This role is ideal for providers who want focused surgical case days with anesthesia support in a predictable, collaborative environment. Responsibilities The clinical work centers on in-office surgery days in partnership with a Dental Anesthesiologist, providing comprehensive surgical care for pediatric patients. Provide restorative and surgical treatment for pediatric patients under sedation Collaborate with Dental Anesthesiologist to ensure safe, efficient case flow Deliver care efficiently, safely, and with clinical confidence Partner with office teams to ensure compliant, patient-centered care Our practice has DentaPro software Digital x-ray and Panorex units Fiber-optic handpieces Partner with Dental Anesthesiologists on sedation cases Specialized support staff for Specialists Yearly OSHA and HIPPA and Emergency Management training State insurance plans, PPO and out-of-network payor mix Qualifications DDS or DMD from a CODA-accredited dental program Completion of a CODA-accredited Pediatric Dentistry residency Active dental license in the state of practice (or eligibility) Current BLS/PALS, DEA, and required credentials Nitrous Oxide certification as required by state What we offer Guaranteed daily rate OR percentage of collections No lab fees Company-paid malpractice insurance We are an equal opportunity employer and do not discriminate based on race, color, creed, religion, sex, national origin, age, citizenship, disability, sexual orientation, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state, or local law. #J-18808-Ljbffr
