The Roofing Company is growing and we’re looking for a motivated Roofing Sales Representative to join our team in the Jacksonville area. If you’re driven, professional, and want steady income plus strong commission upside , this is a great opportunity. Compensation
- Base Salary + Commission
- Competitive commission structure
- Bonus opportunities for top performers
- Meet with homeowners to inspect roofs and present solutions
- Generate and follow up on leads (company leads provided)
- Prepare estimates and close residential roofing sales
- Work closely with production to ensure smooth project flow
- Maintain professional communication with customers
- Sales experience preferred (roofing or construction a plus)
- Strong communication and closing skills
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Ability to climb ladders and perform roof inspections
- Self-motivated, dependable, and professional
- Established, reputable local roofing company
- Base pay for stability + commission for growth
- Training and ongoing support
