PLANT OPERATOR

Salem, OH Job Description This role involves continuously and efficiently operating production equipment at an organic plant. The position requires the willingness to learn on the job, reliability, attention to quality detail, and adherence to safety standards. You will work 3‑12 hour shifts, typically on a night schedule, with on‑call for one Saturday per month. Pay starts at $20 per hour plus increases based on experience. A mechanical background is a plus. Responsibilities Operate production equipment continuously and efficiently.
