We are seeking a dedicated, detail-oriented Medical Assistant or Patient Care Technician (PCT) to join our high-performing clinical team. Core Duties & Responsibilities: As a vital member of our clinical team, you will ensure smooth daily operations and deliver top-tier patient care by: Patient Intake & Vitals: Efficiently manage patient intake, collect accurate medical histories, document chief complaints, and precisely record vital signs (blood pressure, temp, pulse). Provider Support: Assist physicians and nurse practitioners during clinical examinations, minor procedures, and medication administration. Clinic Readiness: Prepare, sanitize, and stock examination rooms and sterilize medical instruments adhering to strict infection control standards. Electronic Health Records (EHR): Navigate and document patient encounters smoothly in our EHR system, ensuring proper ICD coding for diagnoses. Flow Coordination: Keep the clinic running efficiently by coordinating patient flow, reducing wait times, and organizing follow-up care or outpatient diagnostics (such as basic X-rays under supervision).
