Job Summary The primary responsibilities of a Sales Trainer are to plan, develop, and manage activities associated with the training and development of sales agents. This includes insurance product training, carrier/ systems training, and process training (sales, marketing, etc). Training takes place for new hires and existing personnel in classroom settings with a combination of group teaching and 1 on 1 coaching. Sales Trainers work closely with senior management to develop the skills necessary to carry out these duties, provide feedback to team members, and assist with the creation and management of all training material. In the end, the Sales Trainer is responsible for developing the best sales and service personnel in the industry.
