Assistant Store Manager – Coffee ShopPart-Time | < 28 hours per weekWaterslake Capital is looking for a passionate and driven Assistant Store Manager to assist in leading our high-energy, service-focused barista team. This role is responsible for supporting the Store Manager in overseeing all aspects of staffing, sales, and operations to create an exceptional coffee experience for our customers. Apply today!Qualifications & Requirements:Minimum 1+ years of supervisory experience in a restaurant, café, or retail environment.Food service experience required; coffee shop experience preferred.Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work as a team with the Store Manager.Ability to motivate and develop a team in a fast-paced setting.Strong multitasking and organizational abilities.Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift items over 30+ pounds.
