Location: Neptune, NJ 07754 Duration: 11/02/2026–01/30/2027 Shift: 7:00 PM–7:30 AM Schedule: 36 hrs/week, 3x12; every other weekend; 3 of 6 holidays; no on-call; no floating Pay Rate: $60-$65/hr.

Requirements

Required Experience

• Minimum 3+ years of Mother Baby experience
• Mother Baby couplet care

Preferred Experience

• 2+ years listed in schedule notes; source is inconsistent with the 3+ years required experience above

Required Education

• ASN

Preferred Education

• BSN

Required Licensure & Certifications

• NJ State Professional RN License or Multistate Compact License
• BLS – AHA
• NRP
• AWHONN Advanced or C-EFM required for all HMH facilities except JSUMC

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and assist physicians with patient care.
• Plan, implement and document nursing care based on patient needs.
• Assess patient needs and determine priorities through assessment, planning, intervention and evaluation.
• Develop, implement and coordinate individualized plans of care through initial and ongoing assessments.
• Perform therapeutic nursing interventions and manage assigned patient care.
• Document care according to standards of care, patient acuity and clinical priorities.
• Advocate for evidence-based nursing practices and innovations in care delivery.
• Provide patient-centered care aligned with the professional nursing practice model.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
