Trillium Health is looking for a Referrals Specialist to manage patient referrals and imaging orders. In this full-time position, you will coordinate referrals, verify eligibility, and communicate effectively with patients and providers. Applicants should have a High School Diploma, at least 3 years of relevant experience, and proficiency in Epic EMR.
