Staff Attorney Opportunities at Legal Aid of Arkansas
Legal Aid of Arkansas is hiring three Staff Attorneys to help expand access to justice for low-income Arkansans. These positions offer the opportunity to make a meaningful impact through direct representation, community advocacy, and systemic legal work.
We are hiring for roles in Economic Justice (West Memphis, El Dorado, or Texarkana), Domestic Justice (Jonesboro), and Housing (Springdale or Van Buren).
Candidates should be admitted to the Arkansas Bar, eligible for admission on motion, or planning to sit for the July 2026 Bar Exam. Courtroom experience and bilingual skills are a plus.
Salary starts at $72,000, with possible enhancements for certain locations, second-language skills, and exceptional qualifications. Benefits include medical, dental, and life insurance, paid leave, law school loan repayment assistance, and a retirement plan.
