Knowledge Management Analyst

Apogee Engineering has an exciting opportunity for a Knowledge Management Analyst. Knowledge Management will provide organizational and knowledge management support for Foreign Material Exploitation (FME) programs and intelligence product dissemination.

****Contingent Upon Contract Award****

Responsibilities

Support dissemination of intelligence products via electronic means.
Manage mission-specific classified websites, portals, SharePoint sites, or similar.
Create, modify, and revoke user permissions for sites, libraries, lists, and documents.
Configure team ownership, member access, guest permissions, and channel settings; control who can send emails to channels, allow @mentions, and set privacy level
Develop and maintain documentation for Confluence usage and administration
Track usage, solicit feedback, and implement select improvements.

Qualifications

Minimum Experience:

Citizenship: Must be a US citizen Clearance: TS/SCI Education/ Years of Experience:

Associate's degree or four years of work experience with DoW or similar programs.
Experience with organizational support and document/portal management.
Proficiency in managing permissions, groups, and inheritance rules
Proficiency with SharePoint administration.
Experience with classified portal management.

Additional Information Location: Wright Patterson AFB, Dayton, OH On-site/Hybrid/Remote: On-site Travel: Occasional
