Construction Attorney

Job Title: Construction Attorney Location: Los Angeles, California | Hybrid/Remote Our law firm client a highly respected and long-established California law firm is seeking a Construction Attorney to join its thriving litigation practice. This is an opportunity to work alongside experienced trial attorneys on sophisticated construction and business disputes while enjoying flexibility and a collaborative environment. Responsibilities Manage construction and construction defect litigation matters from inception through resolution. Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery. Conduct depositions and attend hearings. Prepare cases for mediation, arbitration, and trial. Communicate directly with clients and opposing counsel. Collaborate with experienced attorneys on sophisticated disputes. Qualifications J.D. from an accredited law school. Active California Bar license. Experience handling construction law and/or construction defect matters. Strong litigation, writing, and analytical skills. Ability to manage cases independently and work collaboratively within a team environment. Salary and Other Compensation The annual salary for this position is between $160,000 – $225,000 annually . Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
