Housing Stability Case Manager

Catholic Community Services and Catholic Housing Services of Western Washington seeks a dedicated Case Manager to assist guests at the Hotel Shelter in Puyallup. You will screen needs, develop housing plans, and support clients toward permanent housing with confidential records and coordinated safety efforts. You’ll work closely with the Supportive Service Team and Hospital/Adult Behavioral Health staff to ensure timely housing placement and ongoing client-centered care in a compassionate, #J-18808-Ljbffr Catholic-Community-Services-and-Catholic-Housing-Services-of-Western-Washington-2
