Participants - Technology Evaluation Sessions (short-Term)

Interested in emerging technology? Join a guided, hands-on research session focused on wearable technology and AI. We are recruiting adults to participate in a paid, in-person research study in New York City.

Participant selection varies by session based on current research requirements.

Current Study Details

* Location: Hudson Yards, New York City (in person)
* Time Commitment: Approximately 2.5 hours
* Compensation: $140 for completed participation
* Schedule: Weekday sessions, Tuesday through Thursday, with morning and afternoon options
* Format: Moderated research session that may include audio recording

Eligibility (All Participants)

* Age 18 or older
* Fluent English, with clear speaking and reading skills
* Able to attend an in-person session in Hudson Yards and manage your own transportation
* Comfortable wearing and interacting with a wearable technology
* Comfortable reading short prompts aloud and following study instructions
* Comfortable with audio recording for research purposes
* Willing to sign a consent form and confidentiality agreement
* No prior technical experience required

*What You'll Do*

* Participate in guided research activities with a moderator
* Read short prompts aloud
* Wear and interact with a wearable technology device
* Secure personal electronic devices during the session, if requested

*Next Steps*

Participants who apply will be invited to complete a short questionnaire. Depending on research and scheduling needs, next steps may also include a brief remote session for qualification purposes and coordination of an in-person study session.

Responses and interactions are used only for research matching and scheduling. Participation is voluntary. Selected participants will receive the complete study details and consent form before deciding whether to participate.

Pay: $46.00 per hour

Expected hours: 2.0 – 3.0 per week
