Mobile Service Coordinator

The Mobile Service Coordinator serves as a front-line representative for all of our mobile service experiences. Within this role the coordinator will schedule our mobile service van for appointments. Answers in coming calls and text messages. Ensures a customer-friendly environment and an exceptional customer experience. Essential Functions: Answers phone and text to schedule mobile van appointments Able to use google accounts Outgoing personality Coordinator with the mobile service technicians Answers basic customer inquiries Serves as clerical and administrative back-up Travel in the field to promote and find new clients or accounts Being able to file and keep track of information Requirements: Current valid driver’s license is required.
