Ability to multi-task and adjust priorities as required. Exceptional organizational skills. Excellent communication (oral and written) skills. Must have Serv/Safe certification. Previous experience managing food and labor costs. Experience managing a staff. Proficient computer skills in MS Office and other platforms. Catering experience, a plus.
