The Certified Surgical Tech (CST) will function as a surgical technologist in the Operating Room, specializing in CVOR (Cardiovascular Operating Room) procedures. The role requires thorough knowledge of surgical procedures, equipment, and sterile techniques to support a safe and efficient surgical environment. Responsibilities include verifying supplies and equipment, assembling sterile instruments, anticipating the surgeon's needs, maintaining accurate documentation of medications, sharps, sponges, and instruments, and monitoring the sterile field continuously. The CST must ensure all equipment and supplies are in proper working condition, correctly assembled, and ready for use, adhering to all safety and sterility protocols. The role demands proactive problem-solving, meticulous attention to detail, and efficient setup and cleanup of sterile fields in alignment with surgical schedules. Hourly Pay Rate: $66.33 Benefits:
