What You'll Do:

• Provide advanced neonatal care within a Level III NICU with 10 beds
• Manage and support high-acuity newborns requiring intensive monitoring and treatment
• Support daily coverage in a 20-bed newborn nursery
• Collaborate with neonatologists and multidisciplinary teams for comprehensive care planning
• Perform neonatal assessments, diagnoses, and treatment planning
• Ensure continuity of care from admission through stabilization and discharge
• Work in a state-of-the-art, newly renovated hospital environment
• Contribute to high-quality, patient-centered neonatal care initiatives

What You Need:

• Valid Georgia Nurse Practitioner license and Neonatal Nurse Practitioner certification (preferred)
• Minimum 2 years of neonatal or pediatric primary care experience
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
• Ability to work flexible shifts including 16- and 24-hour shifts
