Our organization, focused on value-based healthcare, is excited to announce the establishment of a new outpatient practice in central Nebraska. We are seeking a Board-Certified Family or Adult Nurse Practitioner to join our dedicated care team.
This position is located in a newly launched facility, providing a unique chance to influence clinical operations as one of the initial providers in the area.
Key Responsibilities:- Work schedule: Monday to Friday, with options for Telehealth, Home Visits, and Outpatient Clinic services.
- Emphasize longitudinal care for patients with intricate medical requirements.
- Experience in Geriatrics, Home Care, or House Call settings is advantageous but not mandatory.
