We are seeking attorneys to join our Litigation team in Wilmington. Remote/hybrid options will be considered after training/integration with the team. Ideal candidates will have at least 3 years of practice experience. We offer competitive compensation with monthly bonus opportunities. Must be licensed to practice law in North Carolina. Identify pleading requirements and delegate tasks to paralegals as needed. Prepare discovery responses and manage document production. Attend depositions, hearings, and other discovery events, providing thorough reports Negotiate settlements, secure authority, and prepare for trial as necessary Maintain regular communication with paralegals and legal assistants Qualifications Behaviors Preferred Team Player Works well as a member of a group Motivations Work-Life Balance Inspired to perform well by having ample time to pursue work and interests outside of work Education Required Juris Doctorate or better.
