Nurse (RN) Director of Mental Health

Job Title
We're hiring a compassionate RN to join our established Intensive Outpatient Therapy Program, serving older adults in the Denison, IA community since October 2025.
Role
Program Director RN required (This position will have 2 direct reports.)

Older Adults, Ages 65+
Salary
Up to $98,000 / year, dependent upon experience
Schedule
Full Time (Monday to Friday, 8a-5p) (Note: No Call / No Weekends)
You'll work alongside a collaborative care team providing compassionate mental health support to older adults!
Responsibilities
- Lead a small disciplinary team comprised of a psychiatric physician, therapist, and medical office coordinator providing services to the senior population.
- Engage with your local community through education (presentations, one-on-one meetings, etc.)
- Referral development through hospital staff, providers, and community resources
- Growing and maintaining patient census
- Ensure compliance through professional and ethical guidelines
- Other duties as assigned

About Us
Senior Life Solutions, an intensive outpatient therapy program designed to meet the unique needs of individuals, typically 65 and older, experiencing depression and/or anxiety related to life changes often associated with aging.
Requirements
- Registered Nurse or LVN licensed in the state of practice required
- Graduation from a state-approved school of nursing required
- Psychiatric Nursing experience preferred
- Work with kindness and accountability to enhance the quality of life for our patients. required
