Hospital Phlebotomist - 3rd Shift

Labcorp seeks a phlebotomist for third-shift hospital work in Bartlesville, Oklahoma. The role involves collecting blood specimens, processing patient information, and providing customer service across a 12-hour overnight schedule with rotating weekends.

Responsibilities

• Perform venipuncture and capillary blood collections for all age groups
• Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, and alcohol tests
• Enter patient information and process billing data accurately
• Prepare specimens for laboratory testing and maintain information logs
• Provide customer service and travel to additional sites as needed

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Phlebotomy certification or completed accredited training program
• One or more years phlebotomy experience (preferred alternative)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Pass standardized color blindness test
