Broadway What Your Day Could Look Like You’ll help keep things organized and moving throughout the day. Your responsibilities will include: Answering customer and sales representative questions by phone and email Entering information into computer systems and processing public notices Reviewing notices and proofs to make sure information is accurate Keeping track of deadlines and making sure notices are completed on time Helping resolve questions and working with other teams when needed Learning our systems and processes with support and hands‑on training You’ll have a variety of tasks to work through, but you won’t need to walk in knowing how everything works. We’ll help you get comfortable with the job. What You Bring You don’t need an office background, a specialized degree, or public‑notice experience to apply. We’re looking for someone who is dependable, comfortable using a computer, and willing to learn.
