Responsibilities

• Guide clients through simple life insurance options and help them choose plans that fit their needs.
• Build strong relationships by listening, educating, and providing consistent follow‑up.
• Meet with clients remotely using our training, tools, and proven systems.
• Complete licensing requirements (if not already licensed) with support from our team.
• Implement personalized financial protection plans based on each client’s goals.
• Participate in ongoing coaching to strengthen communication, product knowledge, and leadership skills.
• Develop a small team as you grow — including mentoring new agents and supporting their success.
• Model professionalism and integrity in all client and team interactions.

Qualifications

Strong communication skills — ability to connect with clients, listen well, and explain information clearly.

Coachability — open to training, feedback, and learning our systems.

Self‑motivation — able to manage your schedule, follow up consistently, and stay organized.

Background check eligibility — must be able to pass a standard background check.

Comfort with remote tools — able to meet with clients online and navigate basic digital platforms.

Leadership interest — optional but encouraged; those interested can grow into mentoring and team‑building roles.

Licensing — life insurance license preferred; non‑licensed candidates can apply and complete licensing with support.

Professional integrity — reliability, ethical decision‑making, and respect for client confidentiality.
