Who We're Looking For: Healey Brothers Hyundai is seeking an exceptional individual to work with our Service Team. The ideal candidate for this position has excellent communication and multitasking skills, a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.

Details About This Position: This position is a Full Time hourly position based at our Healey Brothers Hyundai location in Fishkill, NY. The schedule for this position is a daytime 8-hour shift. Compensation will reflect the ideal candidate's experience.

What You Will Bring to the Table: Prior experience working with customers and providing an exceptional experience; Outgoing personality with expertise at developing relationships (i.e., a "people person"); Basic computer, email and internet proficiency; Excellent verbal/written communication; Weekend availability is needed as well as some evening hours

What You Will Do: Communicate with customers; Schedule appointments; Process customer payments; Assist Service Advisors; Closing Repair Orders; Create Purchase Orders; Repair Order Prewrites; Submitting extended warranty claims; Processing rental contracts; Performing general administrative duties and handling other clerical duties for the Service Team
