Shift Lead

Silverstar Car Wash is seeking a Shift Lead to oversee day-to-day operations at our fast-paced express wash. The Shift Lead supports a small team to deliver quick, friendly service, maintain a spotless, safe site, and uphold our high standards for customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include guiding team members, assisting with training, monitoring equipment and cleanliness, handling basic cash and POS tasks, and resolving routine customer issues. This hands-on role offers opportunities to build leadership skills, earn recognition, and grow into management within a supportive, high-energy environment.
