Financial Center Manager Associate Overview The Financial Center Manager (FCMA) participates in a customizable onboarding and education program with rotations in Operations, Sales & Service, Lending, Small Business, Preferred, and Sales & Operations Management. Successful completion leads to placement as a Financial Center Manager. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Complete the FCMA roadmap, onboarding activities, and the Consultative Selling Skills Certification. Deepen consumer and small business customer relationships by providing memorable customer experiences. Maintain a working knowledge of Fifth Third's products, services, processes, and internal resources to guide and lead the team. Use consultative sales skills to proactively identify customers' financial needs and recommend appropriate solutions. Develop an integrated book of business strategy ensuring all customers receive FNA assessments and are matched with the best banker. Sourcing, developing, coaching, and leading a team that reinforces core values and business strategies. Cultivate a One Bank culture that collaborates with business partners. Participate in community benefit activities. Follow the Bancorp Code of Business Conduct, Ethics, and related policies. Additional duties as assigned. Supervisory Responsibilities Assist in providing employees timely, candid, and constructive feedback; aid in developing employees to their full potential; recognize and reward accomplishments. Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities College degree or 2+ years of leadership experience in a sales environment. Professional verbal and written communication representing Fifth Third Bank. Ability to analyze credit and financial information. Experience in executing and coaching sales activities. Business acumen. Sound decision-making. Requires S.A.F.E. Act registration at employment through NMLS. Working Conditions Normal office environment. Extended computer screen viewing. Periodic travel within the Bancorp footprint for meetings and training.
