Description The practice of physical therapy shall include assessment, treatment planning and implementation, education, communication and demonstration of therapeutic techniques to address the needs of patients and their families with supervisory guidance as needed. Upon hire: Texas Physical Therapy Assistant License. Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association. Preferred Qualifications: Neonatal Therapist (CCH acute only): Graduation from an accredited program. 2 years experience in rehabilitation. Why Join Providence?
