Our patient-focused practice is looking for a dedicated Dental Hygienist to join our outstanding team and help us continue delivering top-tier care. We are seeking a skilled and patient-focused Dental Hygienist to join our practice. The ideal candidate is passionate about preventive care, skilled in clinical procedures, and committed to building strong patient relationships. You will play a key role in promoting oral health and supporting the overall treatment plan for each patient. Schedule: Monday-Thursday 9AM - 5PM Friday 9AM - 3PM Key Responsibilities Clinical Care & Preventive Treatment Perform dental cleanings (prophylaxis), periodontal scaling, and root planning Conduct oral cancer screenings and periodontal charting Take and process dental X-rays and digital scans Apply sealants, fluoride, and desensitizing agents Educate patients on proper brushing, flossing, and long-term oral hygiene habits Provide nutritional and lifestyle guidance related to oral health Treatment Coordination & Documentation Review and update medical histories and patient records Collaborate with the dentist on treatment planning Document clinical findings accurately in patient management software (e.g., Dentrix, Eaglesoft) Qualifications Current CPR/BLS certification Proficiency in Patient Management Software Strong communication and patient care skills Ability to work efficiently and professionally in a team environment Physical Requirements Ability to stand or sit for extended periods #J-18808-Ljbffr
