This district has stores in Charlottesville/Raleigh, NC, Indian Land, SC and Richmond, VA).QualificationsMust have multi-unit retail sales/service operations leadership experience, preferably in transferable industry such as Retail Sales, Hotel, Restaurant, Leasing, Travel, Car Rental, or Equipment Rental.Proven ability to consistently meet and exceed performance standards.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and motivational skills.Proven ability to lead, develop, and coach staff.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Ability to prioritize multiple projects and deal with numerous interruptions.Works well under pressure while meeting deadlines consistently.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Demonstrated leadership in building, developing and retaining high-performing teams of hourly employees in a retail, sales, service or related industry.Exceptional communication, people skills, and time management skills.Proficient in MS Office and web-based systems.Passion for customer service excellence and coaching staff.Bachelor's Degree preferred.BenefitsAnnual compensation to include a base pay of $85,000 with a potential of up to $120,000 with a metrics-based quarterly bonuses and performance based annual bonus.Comprehensive group healthcare includes medical, dental, vision and life insurance.401(k) with a generous employer match.Paid Time OffMonday thru Friday work scheduleLead together!
