We offer ABA services in‑home throughout the valley, as well as in‑clinic at our East Valley Center in Mesa and West Valley Center in Avondale. We serve families in all areas of Maricopa County, so positions are available VALLEYWIDE. We are currently hiring for part‑time in‑home ABA Therapists. Compensation ranges from $21 to $27 per hour depending on experience and qualifications. About Our ABA Program AZA United’s CEO and clinical Vice Presidents are all BCBAs, making ABA treatment a central component of our interdisciplinary care model that focuses on collaboration and child‑centered learning. Career Development The role of an ABA Therapist (also known as BehaviorTechnician) is an excellent way to launch or expand your career in the field of autism treatment. If you are not yet nationally certified, our team will provide all the training and supervision you need to become a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). If you want to stay in the field of ABA therapy long‑term, we offer an in‑house mentoring program and a career path to becoming a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This experience will serve you well in many roles such as speech or occupational therapist, psychologist, counselor, special education teacher, etc. All Behavior Technicians, including part‑time, are eligible for 401k matching, paid sick time, paid time off, a robust employee assistance program (EAP) and more. Perks & Benefits Behavior Technicians receive two weeks of paid hands‑on training at one of our ABA clinics, monthly professional development seminars, and frequent supervision and oversight sessions with our BCBAs. We emphasize a supportive, mentored environment for all staff. Required Qualifications Staff must be able to provide their own transportation. For in‑home services, you must have your own car and at least three years of driving experience. Applicants must have a high school diploma or GED and be at least 21 years old. Applicants must have at least six months of paid or unpaid work experience working with individuals with disabilities.
