Medical Strategy Group Director
Virtual Vocations Inc
To lead the Medical Strategy Group, the full-time Group Director will consult with various teams to create compelling medical content, analyze clinical data, and manage junior medical team members while working remotely. Key responsibilities Consult with Science, Creative, Account, and Planning teams to develop medical content across digital and print media Analyze clinical data, conduct literature searches, and participate in medical conferences to drive client business growth Manage and mentor junior Medical team members while guiding the creation of promotional materials Required qualifications Advanced clinical/scientific degree (MD, PhD, PharmD) with at least seven years of agency or pharmaceutical industry experience Proven track record of communicating medical advances to diverse audiences Ability to lead and execute content development with minimal oversight Experience in data analysis for complex projects Strong understanding of strategic concepts in medical communications
