Medical Front Desk Float – Norwalk & Ridgefield
$500 Bonus Offered.
We are seeking an experienced, full-time Medical Front Desk Float to join our busy, fast-paced multi-specialty practice, providing front desk support between our Norwalk and Ridgefield offices.
Job Summary:
- Patient registration.
- Appointment scheduling.
- Check-in and Check-out.
- Answer phones.
- Product/Service sales.
Skills:
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- An upbeat personality.
- Detail-oriented, meticulous.
- Ability to multitask.
Education:
- High School Diploma or equivalent (required).
Training:
- On-the-job training offered.
Requirements:
- Flexible work schedule, with start times as early as 7:45 AM and end times as late as 6:30 PM, based on coverage needs.
- Reliable transportation.
- Travel to Norwalk & Ridgefield offices.
Schedule:
- Monday–Friday, with shifts scheduled between 7:45 AM and 6:30 PM, work hours vary based on coverage needs.
Compensation:
- Pay Range: $22–$26 per hour, based on experience.
- Bonus offered: $500.
