Product Development Junior Manager

As a Junior Manager for IL MAKIAGE, you will support the full lifecycle of new product launches from initial concept to launch in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure timelines are met, quality is upheld, and innovation stays at the forefront. Responsibilities Support product development projects by coordinating timelines, tracking milestones, and ensuring deliverables are met. Collaborate with R&D, Supply Chain, Marketing, and Design teams to move products from concept to market. Assist in sourcing and managing supplier relationships, monitoring production progress, and ensuring quality standards. Conduct research on consumer trends, competitor products, and market gaps to inform product innovation. Organize product samples and testing processes and feedback for continuous product improvement. Assist in consumer testing initiatives such as surveys and focus groups. Maintain clear documentation on specifications, testing results, and timelines. Stay informed on industry trends and emerging innovations. Qualifications 1–3 years of experience in consulting, investment banking, private equity, high-growth start-up, or similar high-intensity role. BA/BS degree from a top university, preferably in Business, Economics, or a related field. Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail. Analytical thinker with ability to interpret data into actionable insights. Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working on multiple projects simultaneously. Strong collaborator and communicator across teams and functions.
