Job Overview

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Assembler to join our production team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling products, operating equipment, conducting quality inspections, and preparing finished goods for shipment. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, reliable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while maintaining high-quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Assemble products and components using hand tools, power tools, and equipment
• Read and follow assembly instructions, blueprints, and work orders
• Perform quality inspections to ensure products meet company standards
• Package, label, and prepare finished products for shipment
• Operate warehouse and production equipment safely
• Troubleshoot minor production issues and report equipment concerns
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow all company health and safety procedures

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, assembly, or manufacturing experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks including bending, lifting, pushing, and pulling
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Safety-focused mindset with a willingness to learn
• Reliable, punctual, and dependable attendance
