What Will I Be Doing?

• Leading garage door installation projects from start to finish
• Installing garage doors, openers, tracks, springs, and hardware
• Removing and replacing existing garage door systems
• Troubleshooting and adjusting systems to ensure proper operation
• Training and mentoring newer installers on best practices and safety
• Ensuring all work meets company quality standards
• Managing job site efficiency and professionalism
• Communicating with customers and ensuring satisfaction
• Using hand tools, power tools, and mechanical equipment daily
• Representing the company with professionalism on every job
• This is a hands-on leadership role where no two days look exactly the same.

Am I Qualified?
We’re looking for experienced professionals who take pride in their work and can lead by example.
Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of garage door installation experience
• Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills
• Proven ability to lead, train, and motivate installers
• Ability to independently manage installation jobs
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and remain physically active throughout the day
• Comfort bending, climbing, kneeling, and working on your feet
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Basic comfort using tablets or mobile apps for job updates
• Strong work ethic, professionalism, and attention to detail

Experience in construction, HVAC, electrical, or other skilled trades is a plus.
