Description of the role:

We are looking for skilled and friendly Restaurant Servers to join our team at Dakota Kitchen and Lounge in Aberdeen, SD. As a Server, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring an excellent dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities:

Take food and drink orders from customers
Deliver orders to the correct table in a timely manner
Ensure customer satisfaction through attentive service
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure orders are accurate and delivered promptly
Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Requirements:

Must have excellent customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail
Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds

Compensation: $6.00, plus tips, hourly paid bi-weekly
