Project Engineer

Snapshot / Role Overview:
We're seeking a Project Engineer in San Francisco Bay Area, CA to support and grow commercial mechanical operations across the region.
- Support project managers and field teams on commercial mechanical projects.
- Keep submittals, RFIs, and procurement moving on time.
- Grow into a project manager role through hands-on experience.
- Drive quality and safety alongside the field team. Responsibilities:
- Process submittals, RFIs, and change orders.
- Track procurement and long-lead equipment.
- Coordinate with field leadership on weekly look-aheads.
- Support project scheduling in MS Project or P6.
- Assist with owner billings and pay apps.
- Maintain project documentation in Procore.
- Attend OAC and coordination meetings.
- Support safety, quality, and closeout activities. Compensation and Logistics:
