The Business Development Manager role is responsible for scaling a book of enterprise partners, and driving topline revenue growth for TikTok's US Commerce business.Responsibilities:- Deeply understand the global e‑commerce business and, through data analysis, market research and business insights, identify industry growth opportunities and key issues, and develop actionable industry operation strategies.- Build and continuously optimize industry operating mechanisms, including target cascading, process management, strategy tracking, resource allocation and business reviews, to drive growth.- Lead industry growth initiatives around merchants, assortment and content to improve GMV, supply quality and operational efficiency.- Enable industry operation teams by improving capabilities in merchant growth, assortment operations and resource effectiveness, and improve overall business management and results.Minimum Qualifications:- 5+ years’ experience in global e‑commerce, business analysis or industry/segment operations;- Strong business acumen and deep understanding of global e‑commerce; able to independently run business analysis, strategy design and growth opportunity assessment.- Strong ownership and results‑oriented mindset; problem‑solver who can collaborate across teams to drive projects to execution and deliver impact.Preferred Qualifications：- Quick learner, proactive and resilient. Ability to thrive in ambiguity and adjust fast to change.- Structured and original thinking, good data sense, analytical skills and judgment capability.- Large internet platform or top consulting experience is a plus.Req ID: A73395B
