Automotive Service Advisor

Are you a driven and customer-focused individual with a passion for the automotive industry? We are seeking a skilled Automotive Service Advisor to join our Indy team.

Responsibilities:

Greet customers and listen to their concerns regarding their vehicles
Inspect vehicles and provide accurate estimates for necessary repairs and maintenance
Communicate effectively with technicians to ensure all work is completed on time and to the customer's satisfaction
Maintain a high level of customer service and strive to exceed customer expectations
Keep detailed records of all service and repair work performed

Qualifications:

Previous experience as an Automotive Service Advisor or in a similar role
Strong communication and customer service skills
Knowledge of automotive systems and repairs
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
